The Pre-Engineered (SCO) Frameshift Drives are currently the best in the game, they come double engineered and allow for an additional Experimental you can put on them at an engineer of your choice once you obtain the Module.
Mass Manager is always the best choice for range, even on smaller Ships SCO drives always prefer Mass manager over Deep Charge.
How to buy them
The Modules can be obtained as a pay-per-module purchase from Human Tech Brokers at Stations.
Tech Brokers on Megaships like Rescueships do not offer them.
Titan Drive Components can be found at Titan Graveyards. Follow the link to learn how to farm them efficiently.
Propulsion Elements can also be found at Titan Graveyards or salvaged when destroying Thargoid Vessels like Scouts & Interceptors.
You can find a number of scouts in a low-pressure Environment at any Graveyard other than in SOL.
Alternatively search for Non-Human-Signal-Sources in Nebulas or travel to the California Nebula to farm them in AXCZs.
